Jula Kinnaird has more than 30 years in trade association leadership, communications and public relations.  She twice was named one of the top 50 trade association executives inWashington, D.C., by Washingtonian magazine. 
In her career, Jula served as president of three trade associations. Since 2007, she has run her own consulting business, Capitol Management & Communications.

Dave Mangan has spent his career developing brands for a wide range of clients (and budgets). He honed his skills at LINTAS:New York and Leo Burnett, Chicago,  working on brands such as diet Coke, McDonald's,  Hallmark, Miller Beer, United Airlines, and many others.  In 2001, he founded Idea House, a marketing and advertising shop focused on associations and small business.
